REPRESENTATION IN ARBITRATION COURTS

Complex litigation support before the Arbitration court includes:

  • preliminary acquaintance with the legal case materials by the lawyer;
  • legal examination of the case materials and oral agreement on position in connection with the case;
  • preparation and filing a court complaint;
  • lawyer’s participation in four court hearings;
  • obtaining court decision and enforcement order.

1. The abovementioned prices do not include:

  • preliminary acquaintance with the legal case materials by the lawyer;
  • legal examination of the case materials and oral agreement on position in connection with the case;
  • preparation and filing a court complaint;
  • lawyer’s participation in four court hearings;
  • obtaining court decision and enforcement order.

2. The price of a service may change depending on case complexity and documentation volume.

3. The fee for legal assistance in court in connection with complicated disputes on property may range from 1% to 10% of the amount claimed (applicable by agreement between the parties).

NOTICE

  • If the scope of work can be preciously defined, a lawyer may offer the fixed price for a service, based on the present price list.
  • The present price list is generally for preliminary assessment of the legal support cost provided by Legal firm “R.B. Consulting”. The cost of a particular service may depend on the complexity degree of a specific situation and shall be agreed upon by the parties after the principal formulates the task.
  • All services that are not included into the present price list shall be defined by the performer and agreed upon with the principal.
